Workflow
Our streamlined process begins when you submit a pure bacterial culture to our laboratory. We extract genomic DNA and amplify the nearly complete 16S rRNA gene sequence using PCR. The amplified products are purified and sequenced using BIT-seq technology. Finally, we identify your bacterial strain by comparing the 16S rDNA sequence against curated taxonomic databases, providing you with accurate and reliable species identification.
